The location was REALLY good! It was less than five minutes from the train station. The breakfast was also good. It was a full English breakfast.
The shower took ages to get warm. The tv was TINY and there was no wifi in the rooms.

the location was good with views of the beachfront. the staff was always helpful.
This hotel felt dated. the room lacked wifi. I found this inconvenient. also, the small tv was not even plugged in, and the signal reception was poor.

solid stay near seafront
free parking helpful staff
the hotel has free parking available to guests. i found the staff were lovely and helpful. the location is fantastic, a short walk from the seafront.
the room decor seemd outdated. our windows faced a noisy vent, so the noise at night was loud. the building definitely need money spent on it, because it is very outdated.

excellent location friendly staff evening entertainment
the location was excellent so close to the seafront. i found the staff very friendly and helpful . i liked the evening entertainment available each night adding a nice touch to the experience.
i noticed the shower cubicle was quite small making it a bit difficult to move around comfortably during showers

the staff were consistently friendly. the family room was spacious. the location was perfect for accessing the town, seafront, and station. the overall organization was excellent.
the decor felt somewhat dated , needing a refresh to match the otherwise positive aspects of the hotel.
